Terms of Service — CreatorBerry

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CreatorBerry ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use CreatorBerry.

2. Description of Service

CreatorBerry is a web-based AI assistant that helps creators discover, organize, and write high-converting scripts and hooks. The Service offers various paid subscription plans with features such as advanced video analysis, voice synthesis, and avatar generation.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through our merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected billing interval (monthly or yearly). You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CreatorBerry to:

Generate hate speech or abusive content
Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
Host or distribute malicious content, malware, or illegal material
Impersonate any person or entity
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Circumvent or disable any security features of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Your Content

You retain all rights to the scripts you create and the data you save through CreatorBerry. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
